Ordering
What size should I buy?
We include a size chart on each product page to help you choose the right fit for your dog. If your pup is between sizes or has lots of fluff, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Email us at info@areunique.com and we’ll help guide you.
How many charms fit on my collar?
The number of charms that fit on your collar depends on the collar size:
XS: Fits up to 4 charms
S: Fits up to 4 charms
M: Fits up to 6 charms
L: Fits up to 9 charms
XL: Fits up to 9 charms

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at info@areunique.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Is this a good gift?
Absolutely! Our collars and charms make thoughtful gifts for dog lovers. Each item comes carefully packaged.
What if an item is sold out?
We try to restock our bestsellers regularly. If something you love is out of stock, email us at info@areunique.com and we’ll let you know when it’s expected to return or suggest a similar item.
PRODUCTS
How do the charms work?
Our charms are designed with a small center hole that allows them to slide directly onto our collars. They sit securely in place and are meant to be used with AREUNIQUE collars for the best fit and look. They may not be compatible with other collar types.
Are the charms waterproof?
Our charms aren’t fully waterproof, but they can handle a little rain or splash. We recommend removing them before swimming or soaking to preserve their shine.
How do I care for the collars?
AREUNIQUE collars are made from microfiber leather, known for durability and easy maintenance:
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth
- Let air dry or dry gently with a towel
- Avoid saltwater and soaking to prevent hardware tarnishing
- For quick touch-ups, use pet-safe wet wipes
Can my dog wear the collar and charm every day?
Yes! Our collars and charms are designed for everyday wear, including daily walks and playtime. We recommend removing them during swimming or rough outdoor activities to help preserve the materials.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please email us at info@areunique.com to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the size or product you want. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and assist you throughout the process.
REFUNDS & SUPPORT
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Still waiting on a refund?
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact your bank. If needed, reach out to us at info@areunique.com.
