SHIPPING

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only using USPS and UPS. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

Delivery timeframes depend on the selected carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days for standard shipping (USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or Ground Saver)
  • Faster shipping options (e.g. UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day) may be available at checkout for an additional cost

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the carrier you select.
  • Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.

  • AREUNIQUE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address entries.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging, with tags attached

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.

Please note:

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order.
If you are exchanging due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or worn merchandise

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@areunique.com so we can fix the issue.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
